That is truly one of the most ignorant things I have ever heard. Citizens who commit murder in this country have their rights taken away immediately upon conviction. You are suggesting that if an illegal alien merely steps foot within our borders then he is entitled to a publicly-funded trial and possible free attorney services provided by the taxpayers; Not to mention clogging up our over-crowded court system. Do you think all non-citizen prisoners of war should be given a public trial too?

A nation has the right to determine it’s own qualifications for citizenship and to whom it extends constitutional rights. By extending these same rights to anyone who happens to sneak into your country only serves to invite more invaders.

As far as I’m concerned, people who illegally enter this country not only forfeit their opportunity to obtain rights by purposely circumventing the legal immigration system, but are also committing an act of aggression against the country and should be treated as such.

This bull that every person in the world is under the protection of the U.S. constitution not only destroys the concept of nationalism but ensures certain demise for our country. The U.S., as a sovereign nation, has every right to protect it’s borders, economy, and culture from illegal invaders by whatever means necessary.

Since when have non-citizens had protection under the Constitution? When has the Constitution ever protected the illegal ownership of stolen firearms?
