Because everyone knows that Illegal Aliens, Legal Immigrants, and African American Blacks live off one of two Social 'Entitlement' Programs------->> Mommie/Baby Welfare i.e., AFDC/CalWorks/TANF, or SSI=Social Security Income and in Kalifornia an added extra cash tax free check called, SSP=State Supplemental Payments. In Kalifornia they get $907 per head, and $1,569 per couple. All Tax Free, All Work Free, meaning NOBODY has to ever work 1 minute for their SSI checks for life. People think SSI is like SSDI, and it's not. SSDI means a person worked and became Disabled while paying taxes into the system. SSI means that the person has never had to work a single day in their lifetime, not even 1 minute. SSI also allows for the person to OWN 1 home per household of the SSI recipient. It also means that SSI allows that recipient to OWN that one home FREE & CLEAR, COMPLETELY Paid For and of Any Size or Any Value Whatsoever. I know Kalifornia SSI/SSP's that own homes valued at $750,000 and they get $1,569 in Cash, IHSS for one of the 2 recipient couple, which means one of the recipients get's another check for cooking for the other one, which is another $1,000 per month, easy. They also get MediCAID and pay ZERO for all their medications, all their hospital and all their doctor's visits are totally free as well as all their EMS rides to the hospital, it's all free for SSI's. They get free New Energy Efficient: Insulation, Windows, Heating and Air Conditioning System from 2 different of Obama's Stimulus Bills, HR-3221 in November 2008 and the Newer Obama Stimulus gave ALL Low-Income's brand new FREE GRANT MONEY for all the new Energy Star Appliaces they need, new refrigerator, new stove/oven, new dishwasher, new windows, new insulation, new heater and air-conditioner.
