We have all heard the claims, Obama will “fix” the health care system right?  Well if this is how he plans on fixing things we are in for an even bigger mess.  Of course, many of us knew what this “fixing” would entail; basically more spending for abused government insurance programs.  Obama, like many leftists before him, believes that the only way to fix a failed system is to throw more money at it.  Whether it’s education, social security, or health care the best solution is to give it more funding.  Wow, is that all we have to do?  How simple!  Why didn’t conservatives think of this?

However, what Obama fails to grasp is the concept of inflation.  He doesn’t understand what it is or what causes it.  Many liberals blame skyrocketing health care prices on greedy insurance companies or doctors, but never on the nature of the system.  So, even though Medicaid is continuing to destroy health care in this country, Obama now plans to prop up the system with huge sums of borrowed money (the bailout money is money we don’t have).  Fifteen billion is the initial number proposed by Obama but in the long run we will be forced to pay much, much more.

So what is really causing the inflation in health care?  Well, the exact actions of Obama are the main cause.  Medicaid is completely free to the patient, and an easy source of revenue for the doctor.  If the patient sees no reason not to abuse the use of Medicaid, and the doctor wants to increase cash flow into his practice, then all consumerism is out the window.
When’s the last time you called a doctor’s office and asked the cash price of a visit?  Can’t remember?  Most people never have.  So, this allows doctors to continually charge insurance entities like Medicaid the absolute maximum that they can get away with.  If the government is going to reimburse doctors for certain procedures, you can guarantee the doctors will find a way to charge for them.  Likewise, if the government is going to give people absolutely free health care with no strings attached, you can bet the people are going to abuse it.

Generally this is what is happening now.  Medicaid recipients are flooding doctor’s offices with simple cases of the common cold or flu; and doctor’s offices are taking advantage of this by sending as many of these patients as possible through the revolving door.  But, what allows this system to continue is the perpetual increase in funding by the government.  This is what causes the inflation.  When thinking about inflation, we must remember to look at it as nothing more than an increase in the money supply.  This can apply to whole economies or economic sectors.

Think of the health care industry as a closed economy.  It takes awhile for the actual number of goods and services in this industry to grow (i.e. number of doctors and hospitals etc.)  It doesn’t take as long for the supply of money in this sector to grow.  When the government continues to provide massive funding for health insurance programs, the money supply in this sector rises at a much faster rate than the amount of goods and services.  If there is now more money in the system chasing relatively the same number of goods, then each dollar in this sector will now be worth less than it was before.  Furthermore, as the government keeps adding more of this money to the system, health care entities rapidly chase these new dollars to achieve growth.  There is nothing stopping this inevitable spiral.  Fifteen billion of Medicaid funding today must turn into thirty billion down the road, and so on.

Our main culprit here again is our debt-based inflationary monetary system.  This system attaches debt to every government dollar spent (for example 15 billion becomes 40 billion after interest).  The system also does not provide a way to remove any money from the system.  The fifteen billion Obama adds to the healthcare system today never leaves the economy.  The money supply perpetually grows, and then so does inflation.

Obama believes that in order to have a better healthcare system all we need is more money, and in order for kids to become smarter all they need is new school books or computers.  Obama will continue to destroy the country because he has no concept of monetary theory or genetics; two aspects that set the stage for a successful country.  Much can also be said about the destruction of Western Culture as well, as it disenfranchises young Whites and causes them to have no racial/cultural solidarity and purpose.  Throughout history when Whites have been united by common blood and culture, people chose to improve themselves in order to help improve the country, not just for monetary gain.  The only way to allow such a phenomenon to become prevalent once again is to adopt a monetary system that does not systematically destroy the standard of living of the average family.
